Located on a total area of 300 ha, this 82 ha land is to be taken back. It is equipped with a water network, in terms of sanitation, the land has a system of recovery, drainage and filtration of rainwater on public spaces and surplus rainwater of private lands. Regarding the internet connection, the site is connected to the broadband network of the Moselle department (RHD 57).The land has already been the subject of preventive archaeological prospecting, an impact study, an environmental study and a water law study. The site is located at the heart of a dense road network: A31 motorway towards Thionville/Luxembourg and Metz on the eastern edge of the site; the VR52 road borders the site to the west, serves the A30 towards Val de Fensch and Longwy and the A4 towards Paris and Strasbourg.

You will find Metz-Nancy-Lorraine airport 50 km away, Luxembourg-Findel airport 30 km away and Saarbrücken-Ensheim airport 100 km away. The site is bordered to the east by the Metz-Luxembourg high-speed line. The nearest train station is in Hagondange. The site is also bordered to the south by the Nancy-Châlons-en-Champagne Regional Express Line which serves Hagondange, Gandrange-Amnéville and Rombas-Clouange. You will also find private railway lines that go around and supply the entire site: ArcelorMittal.

There is a connection with the port of Mondelange-Richemont and the agglomeration, as well as with the port of Thionville-Illange thanks to an existing rail service. Three important river ports are developed in Metz, Thionville and Illange, and you will find the port of Richemont-Mondelange 5 km away.

The site is in a regional aid Zones. Many companies are already established on the site, such as ASCOMETAL, ARCELOR RESEARCH, ARCELORMITTAL and KRONIMUS.
